Amman and Irbid, Jordan. Practising since 1996.
Arbitration, litigation and legal counsel for banks, insurers, universities and enterprises, before Jordanian courts and international arbitral tribunals. We take a matter from the first written opinion through to recovered funds.

Mohammad Jaber & Partners for Legal Practice and Arbitration Activities was founded in 1996 by legal counsel Mohammad Jaber Mut'eb, and has been built and developed since around the principle of modern advocacy. Our vision is to render every legal mandate as an integrated whole.
The firm is headquartered in Shmeisani, Amman, with a second office in Irbid governorate. Our lawyers, partners, paralegals and administrative staff work side by side to give clients the fullest legal protection, in quality and in follow-through, by dividing the work into teams, each responsible for a defined category of legal matter.
We follow a clear method in serving clients: long-term legal planning suited to their business, and the legal support that turns their vision into something real on the ground, in every field they work in.

The practice the firm is known for
The firm's founding partner sits as an arbitrator and mediator in international fora, and our team carries deep experience in construction arbitration, works and supply contracts, and FIDIC-form agreements. We act in arbitral proceedings and in the enforcement of awards, alongside the full range of alternative dispute resolution.

A judgment is not a result.
A written legal opinion grounded in the governing statute and the current position of the courts — not a general view.
We map the routes available to you: negotiation, arbitration, or litigation, with the cost and exposure of each set out plainly.
Advocacy before every degree of court, arbitral tribunals, dispute boards, public prosecution and execution departments.
Our collection and execution team carries the matter through to recovered funds, with periodic reporting throughout.
Every enquiry reaches a lawyer, not a queue. Write to us in Arabic or English.
