An integrated legal institution in Amman, serving individuals, companies and financial institutions with the discipline of a much larger house and the accountability of a much smaller one.

Jaber Lawyers — Mohammad Jaber & Partners for Legal Practice and Arbitration Activities — was established in 1996 by legal counsel Mohammad Jaber Mut'eb. From the outset the firm was built and developed around the principle of modern advocacy: that legal work is delivered as an integrated whole rather than a series of disconnected interventions.
Our practice combines litigation before Jordanian courts at every level with specialised work in arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards, insurance, financial claims, collection and execution proceedings, intellectual property, corporate registration and governance.
The firm brings together consultants and advocates with both academic and practical expertise across the full range of legal and administrative matters, and in alternative dispute resolution by traditional and modern means alike. We rely on a wide network of contacts and relationships to reach the most efficient and successful route through whatever a client is facing.
Our administrative arm is not an afterthought. Weekly reporting on payments, settlements and pending matters, and monthly reports setting out every legal step taken and the reasoning behind it, mean a client is never asked to guess where a file stands.

Work is divided into teams, each responsible for one category of legal matter. Depth is structural, not incidental.
Counsel to banks, insurers, universities, hospitals and public shareholding companies — clients whose exposure is measured in more than money.
International arbitral appointments, FIDIC and BOT/PPP contract expertise, and the enforcement of awards once they are won.
Weekly and monthly reporting covering procedures taken, developments and the firm's legal opinion on each.

A judgment is not a result.
A written legal opinion grounded in the governing statute and the current position of the courts — not a general view.
We map the routes available to you: negotiation, arbitration, or litigation, with the cost and exposure of each set out plainly.
Advocacy before every degree of court, arbitral tribunals, dispute boards, public prosecution and execution departments.
Our collection and execution team carries the matter through to recovered funds, with periodic reporting throughout.
Every enquiry reaches a lawyer, not a queue. Write to us in Arabic or English.
